What we will use from Strava

  1. What we collect: Activities (name, type, date and time, distance, duration, elevation gain, average heart rate) , calories, device model, time in each heart-rate zone (calculated from heart-rate data; only the totals are kept) and the name on your Strava
  2. How we collect it: You approve access on the Strava page, then we fetch it through the Strava API when you open this page or tap Sync . It is kept as a temporary cache for no more than seven days.
  3. Who sees it: Only you. It is never shown to other people or staff and never sent to any organization
  4. Withdraw consent: Tap “Disconnect” in My account, or revoke this app at Strava (Settings → My Apps) at any time.
  5. Request deletion: Disconnecting or revoking access = deletes all data from Strava immediately · Activities you delete on Strava disappear from this system within 48 hours · You can also ask the administrators to delete it.
  6. Deletion confirmation: When deletion is complete, we tell you how many items were deleted and when.
